We look at the problem.
An exam and an x-ray tell us exactly what's going on. The look costs you nothing.
We tell you what it takes to fix it.
A straight answer, and the number in writing before anything starts.

If the tooth needs to come out, we take it out the same day. You walk in hurting and you leave out of pain. That's the whole visit.

Note: By state law, no prescriptions (including antibiotics) can be written without an exam and x-rays.

What you leave with

The thing you came in for, taken care of.: Same day when I'm in the office, and if not, the soonest I can. If it's bigger than what we should be doing here, we'll tell you straight.
A number you saw before we started.: In writing. Once you've agreed to it, it doesn't move.
Nothing you didn't come in for.: No long treatment plan for teeth that weren't bothering you. Nobody here has a sales quota.

Shad Lewis, DMD. I've been practicing dentistry in Berks County for twenty-two years. When you come in, I'm the one who looks at your tooth and I'm the one who treats it. There's no associate, no rotating schedule, and nobody handing you off.
